One of the goals of this project was to produce a handbook that Icelandic museums and museum professionals could use as they begin the process of deaccessioning. This was done in cooperation with T\u00e6kniminjasafn (The Technical Museum), \u00dej\u00f3\u00f0minjasafn (The National Museum), and Safnafr\u00e6\u00f0ideild H\u00e1sk\u00f3la \u00cdslands (the Museology department at University of Iceland).
